Young Adults
(Twenty Somethings)
Life in our twenties moves fast and is full of transitions. Changes are taking place both externally and internally. You may be beginning or ending jobs, relationships, health or living circumstances while at the same time navigating the experience of coming into adulthood and being on your own. While these experiences can be exciting and joyful, they can also bring with them so many unknowns and new challenges and the emotions that arise can cause internal strife such as anxiety, anger, sadness, or grief. Together, we will explore what these changes mean for you and find ways to help you feel confident and grounded as you meet these transitions.
Our work together may include:
- Identifying your needs and wants as you make challenging decisions.
- Navigating the impact that adulthood has on your relationship with family members and friends.
- Developing tools and strategies to help you be with difficult emotions and experiences.
- Work on boundaries.
- Grief work around the loss that can occur when things change.
